Install Isarcextract.dll -

regsvr32 /u C:\Windows\System32\isarcextract.dll # unregister Remove-Item C:\Windows\System32\isarcextract.dll -Force # delete file Keep a backup of the original DLL (if one existed) before overwriting it. This makes rollback painless if the new version causes issues.
