Emilys Diary Horse

Uh-oh! Today was a bit of a disaster. I was trying to jump Starlight over a small fence, but I misjudged the distance, and we ended up with a bit of a tumble. Starlight was amazing, though - she stayed calm and didn't spook at all. I was a bit shaken, but Mrs. Jenkins reminded me that falls are part of learning. I'm determined to get back on and try again.

I've been working hard on my riding skills, and Starlight and I have been making great progress. Today, we entered our first horse show, and I'm thrilled to say that we came in second place! Starlight was a superstar, as always. I'm so grateful to have her in my life. emilys diary horse

I've been riding Starlight every day this week, and I'm getting more confident in the saddle. Mrs. Jenkins is teaching me how to trot and canter, and Starlight is being super patient with me. Today, we went on a hack through the woods, and Starlight seemed to enjoy it just as much as I did. The trees were swaying in the wind, and the sun was shining through the leaves.
